Time for the annual Celebration Exotic Car festival and the 2013 show once again did not disappoint. They always have have a fantastic selection of cars that range from vintage to the latest models with race cars and famous cars from the movies. Throw in the Weinermobile and I can honestly say there was something for everyone's tastes and you can't ask for anything more than that. I've been to so many cars shows by now it is hard for me to find something new. I haven't found a Pagani Huayra or Zonda and anxiously await the Mclaren P1, Ferrari F12 and LaFerrari and the Porsche 918 which will all come in time. I did see a few new colors on the Lamborghini Aventador which can only be described as stunning. The orange Mosler MT900s was amazing as well. The highlight of the show, for me at least, was the display of Ferrari Supercars. Seeing the 288 GTO, F40, F50 and the Enzo parked side by side was perfect and I found myself coming back to that display again and again. There was so much to soak in as I stared at those cars. At first glance it was a time line of design as opposed to a study in evolution because each car stood out on it's own. One would have to examine them carefully to determine the order of their creation. You couldn't do it just by the look of their design. They were incredible. The best part came at the end of the day when I got to see and hear them driven to the Hauler. The only way to top that for me would be seeing them driven at speed on the road or track which I hope happens someday and I'll be ready with my cameras. Here's a few pics from the show and watch for details on the release of almost 400 more pictures in the future. I highly recommend attending this show!
